1/4 | cup | fat free mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | raspberries | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | Chambord liqueur | |
|

FRUIT | |||
|
|||
1 | small cantaloupe peeled, seeded, sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | pear cored, sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | banana sliced lengthwise, cut into quarters | ||
|
|||
2 | plums pitted, sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | apple cored, sliced | ||

|||
Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray | |||

In small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Spray grill rack and place fruit on the grid over medium hot heat. Coat fruit lightly with cooking spray. Grill fruit on rack for a few minutes only, turning it once or twice as it heats. Fruit should be hot and soft, but not mushy. Use a long-handled spatula to transfer fruit to individual plates. Drizzle sauce over fruit and serve.
