1/2 | cup | cider vinegar | |

1 | tablespoon | curry powder | |

1/4 | cup | cilantro, chopped | |

1-2 | teaspoons | hot pepper sauce | |
|
Combine black beans, oranges and red onions. In a small bowl, place juice of limes, vinegar and curry powder; stir to combine. Add cilantro and hot pepper sauce; stir to combine. Gently toss dressing with black bean mixture. Taste and add salt, as needed. There is no oil in this recipe, but feel free to add some olive oil or vegetable oil to the dressing if desired.
